COOTER'S PLACE! Located in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, which is home to Dollywood and the founding of country music. Cotter's place was founded by Ben Jones who played Cooter.Well, on June 9th, 2002 I left good old Oshkosh for the trip of a lifetime. After 6 months of preparation I am finally ready to hit the road to pick up the TransAmTrail. As you can see from the photos, I had taken a side trip to Cooter's place. I also have some examples of the maps Sam sends you if you decide to travel through all the states.
